The New Moon Launch

The New Moon Launch

I know I’m not the most popular blogger, or anything, but I’d like to think I know a thing or two. When I launched my blog so hastily, I realized something… I needed to launch everything at the Same Time. Not just gradually add crap onto my blog. I needed LOTS of traffic, and LOTS of friends that made me money.

First it was the theme. Then I added the plugins. Then I added the ads. Then I drove traffic. And I was writing posts the whole time. I don’t know what I was thinking… I just wanted my site so badly.

Have you ever wondered why there are so many unsuccessful blogs? I mean, they get so little traffic… You can’t make money off your ads, or anything (I don’t use any Pay-per-click ads anymore – thousands of impressions and 50 cents, thanks.) It was awesome.

And actually, I’ve been doing alright with affiliate products – but only when I presell them. Very few people would click on the affiliate product ads without me saying something. I get about 300-500% more clicks on pre-selling them. But it’s up to them to do the real selling still.

And the traffic most people can generate is like 10 people per day – maybe 20. I’ve been there… When you can’t even get people to your site is the worst.

And the criticism you get sometimes -.-’ Ouch. You can get a lot of hate from people. If you put all this work into something, and someone tells you you suck then of course you’re going to be a little pi**ed off. I would! Hopefully you don’t think that! Lmao

I’ve gotten crap from everybody – my family, my friends, even my girlfriend at one point. I kind of thought I might break down and cry a little… I really felt down, and I just wanted to go sit in a corner or be in my room for a while. I always felt anxious, and I couldn’t take not being able to afford things and needing to borrow cash.

But really, with a real launch you should be completely up and running and doing fine from Day 1 of the launch! (It’s exciting, isn’t it?) And no, it isn’t just fluff I’m talking about. Now, I will tell you though – it might take a little bit of time to setup (maybe a few days, or a week if you’re just starting; it’d take longer if you were doing a massive launch).

You know the movie New Moon? Or any movie that runs ads, for that matter… They have ads on TV, they have posters, and sh*t made up. They have a site, and pencils and shirts, and all that. They LAUNCH. Products launch too – just ask Jeff Walker.

They get all their resources, and they bundle them together; and like (what Frank Kern calls) a United Front. You all stand together, and together you go and get traffic and cash and you don’t have to put up with crap people say about your new-found blogging hobby. Now I’ve taken Jeff’s concept, and flipped it towards blogs.

How can I launch a blog?

Well it’s simple, you get social media, and forums, and video sites, and partners, and you all launch together. Get it? You make your f’ing t-shirts, and run commercials (kidding… although, it is still promotion so it might be worth trying).

It’s like the fuel in that rocket up there. You have all the fuel to get you off the ground, then once you hit a certain point you can fly all on your own. You drop the fuel, and you just keep soaring.

Now, I’ve decided to put together a Blog Launch Formula. And a mini version that’s free called Mini-Blog Launch Formula (but still very effective, I might add) =). I wanted to do this because I know how hard it is to build a successful, and profitable blog. No offense to any bloggers, but their profit generation plan from beginning until end takes a little long.

I’ll be putting up the Lite version in a day or two (3 hopefully at the most!). I just need to make a few little tweaks, like make the video for it and type it all out. But if you’d like IMMEDIATE notice of when it’s available, then you can just enter your email below and I’d be more than happy to tell you.
