I’m getting criticized on Christmas, really, oh my God. OH yeah – that remids me, Merry Christmas! =) My cousin tells me to start a Vlog, and I tell him it would take longer and it’s more complicated to do than a regular blog. I think it’s a great idea, but it’s still kind of difficult.
Here’s my experience…
It takes me a while to make a video, and cut it down to the time I’d like. This could take me hours to do a simple 5 minute video (I know, I’m in film & TV class). I’m thinking it would take me about 3 hours to make a video without editing.
Plus, on my laptop, which is now fried I’d be uploading a video to YouTube in about 1-2 hours. Hopefully less on this monster I’m using.
Should I Vlog? Yes. Will I? Perhaps… I’m considering it. But there SEO questions to be asked. But there’s also the question of getting traffic from YouTube, instead of SEO.
I mean, SEO traffic is rather low compared to social media (on this blog, at least). YouTube also gets tons of traffic, and it’s rather easy to get some – post a video, wait a few days, then you’ll already have hits.
So… The question remains.
“To Vlog, or not to Vlog?”
I will have to post less, but you won’t have to read anymore. I may get nervous, and there may be people saying stuff to me all the time… It may be worth it. I’ll also need a camera (gotta go find it >.<).
My biggest concern is this: Would it be better, or worse for SEO?
I'll turn to the Warrior Forum for this - keep you updated!

In other news - criticism has also been rampant in other areas of my life. People I know are getting criticized, and it's growing. A lot of it in good humour, but whatever.
